The famous city of Gujarat, Surat is a commercial center of textiles and diamonds. It is aptly called the ‘Diamond city’ of India. This city also finds mention in the great Hindu epic Mahabharata and according to the legends Lord Krishna stopped here for a break when he was going from Mathura to Dwarka.

Old Fort
